Delivery Information

Click and Collect

After placing your order, please wait for your fulfilment email to arrive to ensure your order is ready for collection.  Please bring your order number and postcode with you to verify your identity.

UK Orders

We aim to ship all orders within 48 hours of receipt.  

All UK orders are now sent as small parcel due to issues with Royal Mail and excess postage charges.

Royal Mail First Class Standard  - £3.40

Royal Mail First Class Signed For - £4.50

Please note, you only get a tracking number with Signed For mail. Royal Mail do not provide a tracking number for Standard delivery.

We will not replace goods lost when being sent via Standard delivery.

International Orders

Standard International - £5.00

International Signed and Tracked £11.50

International customers please note:

Some of the items available on our website may be controlled under customs regulations in the country you are resident in. We will happily ship products to any country, however, it may be the case that in receiving products you are acting in conflict with the laws of your country. We cannot be held responsible for any packages that are delayed or seized by customs in your country. All products are 100% legal to be shipped from the UK. We strongly advise that all customers check the legality of said products in their own country to avoid any dissapointment.

You only get a tracking number with International Signed for mail. Royal Mail do not provide a tracking number for Standard International delivery.

We recommend International Signed and Tracked and we will not replace goods lost when being sent via Standard International delivery.

 

Returns

E-liquid is a Consumable, and therefore El Diablo Juices Ltd cannot offer a returns policy on any opened or used item.

Taste is very subjective so we are unable to process a refund if you simply do not like the product. 

Please check your order carefully, as we cannot always rectify mistakes in your order once the order has been processed.  If you do make an error whilst ordering please contact us as soon as you can and we will do everything we can to amend your order before it is shipped.

Orders packed and shipped incorrectly by us will be replaced, without quibble, by El Diablo Juices Ltd.

Orders damaged on receipt will be replaced by us, please provide a photo of the damaged item when you report the item to us.  This must be done as soon as possible and within 7 days of receipt.
